BJ Electric Supply Takes You To The

Here is how to earn your 8-day cruise to the Southern Caribbean in February 2010.

Qualifying for your cruise is easy. Just fill out the registration form below and submit it to BJ Electric Supply. We will then send you your BASE QUOTA.

Rules:

• Earn TWO trip points for each $100 of stock purchases or ONE point for each $100 of direct and pipe/wire purchases from BJ Electric Supply up to your Base Quota during the program period.
• Earn FIVE trip points for each $100 of stock purchases or ONE point for each $100 of direct and pipe/wire purchases from BJ Electric Supply over your Base Quota during the program period.
• Trips are valued at 2700 points PER PERSON, including complete air and ground package combined; based on double occupancy.
• Participants must earn a minimum of 1,000 points and meet their Base Quota to qualify to use points. Any unearned portions of trips, or additional trips may be purchased at BJ Electric Supply's cost, subject to availability.
• 40% of purchases must be through stock purchases.
  
  

• Past due invoices (invoices not paid according to our terms) will not earn any points toward the trip promotion.
• All accounts must be current in accordance with our regular terms.
• Purchases must be shipped and billed during the promotion period. All orders placed for future shipment (whether released for immediate shipment or on hold), backorders, or direct shipment orders that manufacturers are unable to ship during the program period will NOT qualify.
• Trip participants must be 18 years or older.
• Trips are NOT TRANSFERABLE, have no monetary value and are not refundable.
• Because we want the pleasure of your company, trip participants must be PRINCIPALS OR KEY EMPLOYEES OF BJ ELECTRIC SUPPLY’S CUSTOMERS.
• Related companies may be required to combine quotas and trip points.
• Specially negotiated price levels on project orders or special purchases may be excluded from or adjusted for trip credit.
• We reserve the right to change destinations, departure dates, trip conditions and costs due to conditions beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to adjust quota for any errors.
• Trip points are not effective until Base Quota is reached.
• Limit: Four (4) trips per customer or two (2) trips per customer branch location with a maximum of six (6) for multi-location customers.
• Trips must be taken with the BJ Electric Supply group in February 2010.
• Individuals may not participate if his or her company has rules or policies prohibiting such participation.
• To visit islands in the Caribbean, all U.S. citizens must have a VALID U.S. PASSPORT. You can visit www.travel.state.gov for up to date information regarding documents required for U.S. citizens traveling abroad, Non-U.S. citizens need to contact their appropriate consulate for entry requirements into a foreign destination as well as returning to the U.S.
