All special ordered or non-stock items must have prior approval before being returned.  Customer will contact the BJ Electric Supply Returns Coordinator to initiate the return.

Special order or non-stock items are subject to manufacturer’s approval and inspection upon return. Customer credit will not be issued until BJ Electric Supply has received credit from the manufacturer.  Made-to-order, discontinued and outdated items are not returnable.

All merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and in its original packaging.  BJ Electric Supply reserves the right to refuse any merchandise deemed unsellable.

Merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days from date of purchase unless otherwise negotiated.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice or picking ticket number.

All returns are subject to a restocking charge.

Credit will be issued based on BJ Electric Supply count and inspection of merchandise.

Credit will be issued to customer’s account upon acceptance and approval by BJ Electric Supply of returned material.  Replacement items will be billed to the customer.

Cash sale credit will be issued upon acceptance and approval by BJ Electric Supply of returned material.

BJ Electric Supply is not responsible for removal or installation of defective or replaced product.

Customer must have material prepared and ready when being picked up by BJ Electric Supply.
